The first step is to obtain seaweed fiber. There are two types of seaweed fiber. One is 100% seaweed fiber which is totally fire proof. The other is seaweed viscose fiber.
The 100% seaweed fiber is quite fragile. More care and attention should be paid in dyeing or bleaching. The seaweed viscose fiber is quite easy for dyeing.
