Development of Anti Bacteria Fabric

Currently, there are two raw materials for anti bacteria fabric. Natural fiber and synthetic fiber.

And auxiliary and nano slice intergration are generally two treatments for anti bacterial fabric. And the basic materials for resisting bacterias are natural extract and synthetic material. The effectivenss of natural extract is not stable. The major elements of synthetic material are metal elments like silver, copper, zinc, titanium and other compounds. Some are heavy metal.

The above two materials and two treatments are basically physical bond. Therefore, the adhesion, adheren section, adherent density, uniformity of anti bacteria materials on fibers will have a big difference. There will be defects in its function according to different testing standard. And the textiles of natural fibers can only be treated with auxiliaries. The development of bacteria proof fabric is mainly the development of refinery of auxiliaries, treatment techniques and slice integration of different nano materials.
