Polyester fabric can reach the hand feel of milk silk fabric. But it usually doesn't have any milk protein in the fabric.
The fabric that contains milk protein is milk viscose fabric or milk acrylic fabric. Milk protein is added in the fiber. The hand feel is different from polyester fabric.
