The investigation shows that the textile industry operation in Asia got improved but is still the worst.
The situation in South Asia, North America, Latin America and Africa is better. Especially in Latin America, the new orders and undelivered orders are increasing. In industry chain, only undelivered orders are increasing from dyeing and finishing, wovening, and knitting. The undelivered orders from other chains are decreasing. The global rate of operation in september decreased. However, it increased in Latin America. It is expected that the situation will be relieved in March 2023.
In the next six months, what challenges the global textile industry mainly is demand decrease, price increase of raw materials and energy plus inflation.
